How to Apply for Housing

Please come to the main office to pick up an application. You will need:

• Birth Certificates for everyone
• Social Security cards for everyone
• Picture I.D.'s for everyone over the age 18 yrs
• Any information related to income (wages, retirement, SS/SSI payments, TANF & child Support)

These documents must be included with your application.
