The emergency number should only be used after hours, problems during work hours should be called in to the site manager. The following are cases of emergency: Gas leaks, major water leaks, clogged commode (only for residents with one commode) electrical power outage to entire apartment only (resident should check breakers first), and lockouts. |

When calling in a work order residents are encouraged to be as specific as possible in describing the problem.
Example: Leaking faucet
Give exact location of leak: Kitchen sink leak-coming from drain under the sink.
